Thomas Gironda is an associate focused on corporate, securities, and business transactions law. He received his JD from Wake Forest University School of Law, where he was President of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society, President of the Environmental Law Society, and helped found the Wake Forest chapter of Legal Hackers, which focuses on educating law students and lawyers on developing technology, such as smart contracts and Blockchain, and how they intersect with the legal industry.
Thomas also worked with the Community Law and Business Clinic, assisting in matters related to small businesses and startups, nonprofits, and consumer transactions.
Prior to joining McCarter & English, Thomas worked at a boutique outside general counsel firm in Morris County.
