Adam Budesheim represents policyholder clients in insurance coverage litigation under a broad array of policies, including general liability, pollution legal liability, professional liability, directors and officers, and many others. He has represented many clients seeking coverage for long-tail liabilities, including asbestos, silicosis, and environmental claims, and has developed significant experience in insurance allocation issues for such long-tail liabilities. Recognizing the importance of pro bono work, Adam represents multiple victims of Superstorm Sandy seeking coverage under flood and homeowners insurance policies on a pro bono basis.

Prior to joining the firm, Adam clerked for the Honorable William H. Pryor Jr. on the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals in Birmingham, Alabama.
