2025 Women’s Leadership Conference

McCarter & English is a proud sponsor of the 2025 Women’s Leadership Conference, an annual program presented by the New Jersey State Bar Association . During the conference, The Honorable Jaynee LaVecchia (ret.) offers “Lessons from Another Generation that Will Lead to Greatness”, where she and other panelists examine some of the issues women face at various points in their careers and share strategies for navigating the profession. Makenzie Windfelder will speak on the panel, “Tips to Navigating Difficult Conversations about Pay” to discuss  the Diane B. Allen Equal Pay Act and provide strategies to make conversations about compensation productive and meaningful.
