Associate Training and Mentoring
As a new associate, you will receive in-depth training to enhance your performance and engagement. This includes a comprehensive orientation, technology training, legal-writing workshops, time-management support, and guidance on client interaction. The focus then shifts to transactional and litigation training, such as drafting contracts, negotiation skills, discovery, and depositions. Both a partner and an associate mentor will guide you throughout the process and hone your legal skills as you build your career. They will help you forge essential relationships with colleagues, fellow associates, and clients at professional events and social settings outside the office.
