Associate Training and Mentoring
As a new associate, you will receive in-depth training to enhance your performance and engagement. This includes a comprehensive orientation, technology training, legal-writing workshops, time-management support, and guidance on client interaction. The focus then shifts to transactional and litigation training, such as drafting contracts, negotiation skills, discovery, and depositions. Both a partner and an associate mentor will guide you throughout the process and hone your legal skills as you build your career.
