Shifting gears, Jason will then speak on the topic of “Choice of Business Entity and Tax Consequences in a Post-OBBBA Landscape.” There, he will discuss how the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OBBBA) is transforming business planning, specifically with respect to entity selection and tax consequences, deduction opportunities, Qualified Small Business Stock rules for C corporations, and state and local tax issues for pass-through entities.
