This is session 2 of 2 in the Introduction to AI and Government Contracting Series 2026.
Philip Lee introduces students to guidance issued by Federal Agencies pertaining to the use of AI to support mission priorities. This session also introduces students to current AI issues and areas of priority with the development and deployment of AI at Federal Agencies, including the Department of Defense’s planned use of AI to support defense-related priorities. Philip also examines cybersecurity and privacy considerations that permeate the procurement of Artificial Intelligence, areas of negotiation when procuring Artificial Intelligence, and supply chain concerns.
