McCarter & English LLP has expanded its Philadelphia office this week with the addition of Robert Kaplan, who joined as a partner in the tax and employee benefits practice.
Kaplan counsels clients on employee benefit plans and executive compensation arrangements, including health and retirement plans, and helps ensure their programs are compliant with the Employee Retirement Income Security Act.
