David Kott Argues in the New Jersey Appellate Division for the Defendants in Rider v. Jersey City Transfer

On November 18, 2025, McCarter partner David Kott argued as appellate counsel in the New Jersey Appellate Division on behalf of the defendants in Rider v. Jersey City Transfer.  The primary issue in the case was whether the $55,000,000 judgment against the defendants in a trucking accident should be reversed.
