Desiree “Desi” Grace, former First Assistant US Attorney for the District of New Jersey, has rejoined McCarter & English as a partner in the firm’s Business Litigation and Government Investigations & White Collar Defense practice groups after spending nearly the last decade with the US Department of Justice.
Desi spoke with Law360 Pulse about her return to private practice and said “I was drawn to the culture of the firm and its impressive growth and success,” She noted, “I had a great experience as an associate at McCarter 10 years ago, and since then the firm has only gotten better.
