Estate Planning for the Living

Judson Stein facilitates a program with Estate Planning Council of Central New Jersey titled “Estate Planning for the Living—Practical Care Management and Planning for Later Stages in Life and More.” Gerard Brew and Nicholas Keller appear as panelists. The panel will discuss how advisors can identify and help their clients plan for, and deal with, both expected and unexpected life events, including the likelihood of living longer and the resultant challenges of diminished capacity, and encourage “estate planning for the living.” They will also discuss the roles professionals with specific skills play, such as lawyers and care planners, to address social, personal, and medical issues for clients.
