Former First Assistant US Attorney for the District of New Jersey Desiree Grace has returned to McCarter & English.
Desi previously spent two years as a litigation associate in the firm’s Product Liability and Business Litigation practice groups prior to her more than 10 years in public service. After clerking for the Honorable Judge Morton Greenberg at the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit from 2015 to 2016, she joined the US Attorney’s Office as an assistant US attorney in the appeals division and criminal division.
