This is session 4 of 4 in the Buy American and Domestic Preference Series.
Philip Lee explores the rapidly changing domestic preference landscape. He provides an update of recent proposed and final changes to the BAA/TAA regulations, new domestic preference enforcement activity, and reviews recent developments and forecast upcoming changes to the laws and regulations that dictate the application of domestic preference in Government procurement. In particular, he explores the recent Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) and the Build America, Buy America Act (BABA), which add more stringent Buy America rules to all federally funded infrastructure and public works projects.
