James Regan in the Hartford office was named 2016 “New Leaders in the Law” by the Connecticut Law Tribune. They were among 37 winners, who were judged by a panel of four judges for development of the law, advocacy/community contributions, service to the bar, and peer/public recognition. They will be honored at an event on November 10 in Hartford.
