LCJ Membership Meeting

Ed Fanning serves as Co-Program Chair for the Lawyers for Civil Justice’s December Membership Meeting, taking place in New York City, November 30-December 2, 2022. The program includes a special meeting with members of the Advisory Committee on Civil Rules, an in-depth tour of the dark web, and a discussion on how amendments to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure can comprehensively address the cyber threats, and a look at bankruptcy as an alternative to mass tort MDLs.
