Leadership and Creation of Culture

Michael P. Kelly, Chairman, McCarter & English, spoke on “Leadership and Creation of Culture,” at the Penn Leadership Symposium, which featured 10 dynamic speakers who hold leadership positions in their respective fields. This symposium was organized by John D. A. Kelly IV, MD —Director Shoulder Sports Medicine and Director Center for Throwing Athlete and Shoulder Preservation, Univ. of Penn. Perelman School of Medicine—who will speak on “A Brief History of Leadership Core Values” and “Integrity as an Absolute.”
