Tim Ferges returns to the Ultra-High Net Worth Planning Forum, hosted by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education, for its fourth annual program in New Brunswick, New Jersey. His presentation will explore the challenges and opportunities surrounding irrevocable trusts in an ever-changing tax and legal landscape.
The forum examines a range of issues attorneys may encounter when representing trustees and trust beneficiaries. Tim will focus on the tools available under New Jersey’s Trust Code and other applicable law, including trust modification and decanting, as well as other mechanisms for addressing evolving client needs and planning objectives.
