McCarter & English associate Dean Elwell has been appointed to serve as Vice Chair of the Massachusetts Bar Association’s Complex Commercial Litigation Section Council.
Incorporated in 1911, the Massachusetts Bar Association is the largest voluntary general membership bar association in the commonwealth. As Vice Chair, Dean will advance the Council’s mission of promoting comprehensive legal education, advocacy, and professional excellence in business litigation.
