Lindsey Harteis has joined McCarter & English as a special counsel in the firm’s Products Liability, Mass Torts and Consumer Class Actions practice group in Philadelphia. She joins McCarter after previously serving as an assistant US attorney for the district of New Jersey.

Lindsey’s practice will focus primarily on advising clients on litigation matters involving the life sciences and healthcare industries. Her work will incorporate more than nine years of her experience as a prosecutor at the federal and state levels.
