Jason Navarino, the former chair of Riker Danzig’s tax and corporate practice, has joined McCarter & English as a corporate partner in New Jersey. Jason spoke with Law360 to discuss his transition to McCarter & English, stating, “one of the great things about McCarter is that there’s a lot of strength on the corporate side, a lot of strength on the tax side, and they warmly embrace the fact that my practice encompasses both sides.” Jason focuses his practice on middle-market transactions representing both buyers and sellers in industries ranging from technology and insurance to media, manufacturing, real estate, fintech and cannabis.
