McCarter, George W. Crawford Black Bar Association, University of Connecticut Law School and Greater Hartford NAACP co-sponsor a screening of the “Marshall” movie for high school students from Hartford Public and Buckley High Schools followed by a lunch and discussion. The movie depicts a Connecticut case in which Attorney Thurgood Marshall worked as a lawyer for the NAACP and shows the unique challenges he experienced while representing the criminal defendant.
