McCarter represents Hasbro, Inc., a leading game, IP, and toy company, in negotiating a long-term lease to relocate its longtime Rhode Island toy, board games, licensing, and entertainment operations to Boston and in securing $14 million in tax credits through a state Economic Development Incentive Program. Hasbro is subleasing space to occupy seven floors, or approximately 265,000 square feet, in Boston’s Seaport District that will accommodate at least 700 full-time Hasbro employees across its toys, board games, and licensing businesses and most of its corporate services.
