“Litigator of the Week” Nomination

McCarter Chairman Mike Kelly has been nominated for “Litigator of the Week” by AmLaw’s Litigation Daily. Mike was nominated after having a banner week prevailing before the Delaware Supreme Court in Verition v. Aruba Networks, a highly anticipated case regarding appraisal actions where stockholders of companies targeted in mergers object to the acquisition price. He also won three summary judgment/dismissals in a single day in federal court in Delaware concerning the drug Risperdal.
