David Kott joined an esteemed panel of New Jersey federal and state judges as well as leading practitioners at the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education’s Mass Torts Update 2021 Seminar. Mr. Kott spoke on the New Jersey Supreme Court’s July 29, 2020 decision in Sun Chemical v. Fike, which set forth the causes of action that a Plaintiff can assert in a products liability case.
