Hannah Greendyk has joined McCarter & English as special counsel in the firm’s Corporate Practice Group, alongside partner Jason Navarino, the former chair of Riker Danzig’s Tax and Corporate Practice Groups, who recently joined the firm.
“Her corporate practice brings experience in corporate and tax counseling, with a focus on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures; this includes the negotiation and preparation of stock and asset purchase agreements, with a strong emphasis on achieving tax-efficient outcomes for clients.”
