Amoa focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and emerging growth, Delaware corporate governance issues, private equity investment, and other corporate and transactional matters, including nonprofit transactions. Amoa is the founding member of the firm’s Delaware Corporate and Alternative Entity Law group. As a member of the board of directors of an institutional investor, he also is familiar with investor and fundraising market issues and sensitivities. As such, Amoa is able to bring value to his continuous representation of institutional investors, which have included state pension plans, making limited partnership investments in private equity firms.
