Banks Catch a Break in Trump Suit

Deutsche Bank and Capital One caught a break after President Trump filed a federal lawsuit to prevent the banks from responding to congressional subpoenas from Democratic House leaders. Commenting on the investigation, former federal prosecutor Robert Mintz said, “The legal fight will almost certainly slow down the ability of Congress to proceed with their investigation, which is in and of itself a victory of sorts for the president.”
