Daniel Silver recently took over as managing partner in McCarter & English LLP’s Delaware office with an eye on strengthening and expanding the firm’s already established foundation at its 30-attorney First State office. Dan, a graduate of Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law who has been with the firm for 14 years, took the helm of the Wilmington office from David A. White. White left the firm last month to be chief counsel in the state high court’s Office of Disciplinary Counsel to help adjudicate allegations of attorney misconduct.
Dan recently told Law360 Pulse he is “excited to help shape the culture and direction” of the firm’s Delaware office and “continue to strengthen McCarter & English’s established reputation so that when people need legal services in Delaware, our firm immediately comes to mind.”
