Three McCarter partners, Amy Fisher, Ira Gottlieb, and Lanny Kurzweil, are recognized in the 2024 BTI Client Service All-Stars list. BTI Client Service All-Stars are celebrated for their world-class client service capabilities, even when faced with some of the most complex and novel matters of our generation. They are measured on their responsiveness and their ability to anticipate the needs of their clients, articulate simplified solutions, remain practical in their matters, and consistently perform at their best.
Amy Fisher, a partner in our Indianapolis office and the Product Liability group, focuses her practice in multidistrict litigation for pharmaceutical, medical device, and cosmetic manufacturers. Clients rely on Amy’s deep understanding of the substantive and procedural challenges presented in mass tort litigation, her management of overall strategy, day-to-day coordination, and complex discovery issues.
Ira Gottlieb chairs McCarter’s Environment & Energy group from our Newark office, where he helps clients resolve complex environmental issues, including those related to Superfund, natural resource damages (NRD), environmental cost recovery claims, regulatory issues, and policyholder insurance coverage problems.
Partner Lanny Kurzweil also practices from Newark in our Energy & Environment group, and represents clients in complex environmental litigation and intricate regulatory and transactional matters, across many industries—including oil, chemical, financial services, manufacturing, real estate and solar development industries.
