After nearly a decade, the US government has ended its criminal case accusing four former Wilmington Trust Co executives—including former President Robert Harra—of hiding troubled loans from regulators after the 2008 financial crisis. The government’s decision comes after a federal appeals court set aside the May 2018 jury convictions of the executives earlier this year.
Mr. Harra was represented by McCarter partners Michael Kelly, Steven Wood, and Geoffrey Rosamond.
