The American Lawyer’s new YL editorial board is a diverse group of individuals from around the world and from all corners of the legal profession. They bring a voice to the profession’s younger generation on a range of important issues.
The goal of this board is to serve as a voice for the next generation of professionals in the legal profession.
Wyley Proctor, McCarter & English: An experienced intellectual property litigator and partner at McCarter & English, Wyley represents clients in patent, trademark, trade dress, unfair competition and patent-related antitrust disputes in federal court at the U.S. Patent and Trademark. In particular, she has extensive experience with pharmaceutical patent litigation, representing owners of blockbuster drugs under the Hatch-Waxman Act and in inter partes review. She is also deeply committed to public service. She is active in several nonprofit children’s and family’s organizations and is a zealous pro bono advocate, fighting for victims of domestic violence in divorce and custody cases.
