Medical device manufacturer—Breach of contract trial win

Served as first-chair trial counsel in a breach of contract action and obtained a complete defense verdict for our client, a large, multinational medical device company, in the Southern District of New York. The plaintiff claimed that our client failed to fulfill its obligations under two agreements between the parties related to the development of a medical device, and sought damages in excess of $8 million.
