Patriots Energy Group Financing Agency—Natural gas prepay transaction and bond counsel

Represented Patriots Energy Group Financing Agency (PEGFA), a South Carolina joint action agency, as bond counsel and special gas counsel in an $832 million natural gas prepayment transaction to acquire a 30-year supply of natural gas for PEGFA’s members that distribute natural gas to retail consumers in upstate South Carolina, providing long-term savings to those consumers.
