Defended a private high school against an action brought by the family of a student who had been disciplined and expelled for inappropriate conduct. The action, brought before New Jersey Superior Court, sought to expunge the student’s disciplinary record and allow him to compete in an upcoming interscholastic athletic competition despite a state rule against students competing for a period of time after transferring schools. Following the hearing, the court denied the family all relief.
