Aleksandra Szajna is a litigator who focuses on disputes involving intellectual property, data privacy, and related issues.
Prior to joining McCarter, Aleksandra was an associate at a national law firm in New York where she represented retailers, cosmetic and consumer goods manufacturers, and industrial equipment manufacturers in multi-party toxic tort, product liability, premise liability, and personal injury actions.
While in law school, Aleksandra was a student attorney at the Seton Hall Center for Social Justice, Immigrants’ Rights/International Human Rights Clinic. During that time, she also interned for the Honorable Michael A. Hammer, U.S.M.J., U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey, and the Honorable Rosemary Gambardella, U.S.B.J., U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey.
After law school, she served as the judicial law clerk to the Honorable Lisa Perez Friscia, J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Civil Division.
