Alexander Guerra focuses his practice on representing federal and state tax controversies at all stages, including audits, administrative appeals, and litigation. He assists with legal research, analysis, and strategy in matters involving complex law and procedural issues, and he routinely appears before the Tax Court of New Jersey on behalf of taxpayers.
Prior to joining the Firm, Alex served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Mary S. Brennan of the Tax Court of New Jersey. During his clerkship, he developed a deep understanding of state and local taxation and draws on this experience to assist taxpayers in reducing tax liability.
