Alexander Walton focuses his practice on a broad range of complex litigation and business-related disputes. He represents corporations and individuals through all phases of litigation in New Jersey state and federal courts.
Alex earned his JD from Seton Hall University School of Law, where he served as Associate Editor of The Seton Hall Law Review Vol. 54 and Articles Editor of Vol. 55. While attending law school, Alex participated in Seton Hall’s Civil Litigation & Practice Clinic representing indigent tenants in landlord/tenant court. In recognition of his outstanding clinic work, Alex received the Center for Social Justice Award. He continues to represent tenants as part of his pro bono practice at the firm.
