Alexandria McFarlane concentrates her practice on civil litigation and represents clients in product liability, toxic tort, pharmaceutical, and complex commercial litigation. She is active in both state and federal courts and represents clients of all sizes, including manufacturers of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and industrial machinery.

Prior to joining McCarter, Alexandria practiced at a national law firm where she represented clients in a broad range of civil litigation matters across the country.  She is experienced in the areas of insurance defense, employment and product liability law, including claims against manufactures of complex commercial machinery. Alexandria’s additional legal experience includes insurance coverage matters, particularly complex litigation involving first- and third-party coverage disputes with allegations of bad faith and unfair claim settlement practices.
