Ashley Beck concentrates her practice on a broad range of complex civil and commercial litigation in both state and federal courts.
Ashley’s experience includes trial work and matters involving sophisticated commercial contract disputes, real estate litigation, insurance defense, products liability, and probate litigation. She is also experienced in arbitration and mediation proceedings, as well as administrative law proceedings.
Prior to joining McCarter & English, she focused her practice on contract disputes, construction disputes and probate litigation. Before relocating to Connecticut, Ashley practiced for several years in Arizona, where she represented clients in a wide variety of complex, civil litigation matters. She received her JD from Michigan State University College of Law where she also she served as Managing Editor of the Michigan State International Law Review. Ashley graduated with a litigation certificate following her completion of a rigorous, two-year academic program specializing in trial advocacy. Following graduation, she served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Cynthia J. Bailey and the Honorable Samuel A. Thumma for the Arizona Court of Appeals, Division One.
Outside of work, Ashley enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with her family.
