Benjamin Klein counsels individuals and corporations on a broad range of commercial litigation and criminal defense matters, including government and internal investigations. He is experienced in all phases of litigation and represents clients in both state and federal courts.
Ben also has extensive political and election law experience. He has represented the Democratic National Committee as well as aggrieved voters in connection with multiple redistricting and voting rights matters.
In addition to his litigation practice, Ben maintains a strong commitment to pro bono service, regularly providing assistance related to voting rights and housing matters. Ben previously clerked for the Honorable Philip M. Halpern, United States District Court, Southern District of New York.
