Chelsea Nichols has extensive litigation experience in a range of matters, including antitrust and competition, product liability, and mass torts. She has represented some of the country’s largest retail drugstore chains in cases challenging anticompetitive practices in the pharmaceutical industry, including pay-for-delay and price fixing cases in federal courts and multidistrict litigations.
In addition to her legal work, Chelsea is active within the community. She previously participated in the Board Observer program, a joint program of the Philadelphia Bar Foundation and the Delivery of Legal Services Committee and Young Lawyers Division of the Philadelphia Bar Association. In 2021, Chelsea served as the Board Observer for Philadelphia VIP, which provides quality volunteer legal services and ensures access to justice for low-income Philadelphians.
Chelsea earned her law degree, summa cum laude, from Penn State Dickinson Law, where she was Associate Editor of the Penn State Law Review and a member of the Woolsack Honor Society. She earned her undergraduate degree, summa cum laude, from Marshall University, where she was a WV Promise Scholar and a John Marshall Scholar. During law school, she served as a legal extern for Magistrate Judge William I. Arbuckle, III, of the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Pennsylvania.
