David Schlier represents clients in environmental and energy litigation and regulatory matters, including those involving newly emerging contaminants, such as PFAS.
Leveraging his materials science and engineering education, David helps clients in science-focused industries and other sectors address complex legal issues affecting their businesses and underlying technologies. In addition to his work in environmental litigation, he has experience in products liability, intellectual property (including trade secret misappropriation matters), and commercial litigation.
David volunteers for Philadelphia VIP, an organization which provides a full range of free legal services to local low-income residents.
