Haley Fair represents clients in energy litigation, regulatory, and transactional matters.
Haley regularly assists clients with administrative proceedings before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), handling a broad range of issues related to electric and natural gas rates, terms and conditions of service, mergers, enforcement actions, and gas certification. She also helps negotiate agreements governing the sale and transportation of electricity and natural gas.
Haley earned her JD from Texas A&M University School of Law, where she served as a managing editor of the Texas A&M Law Review and was a student member of the Tarrant County Bar Association. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources from Oklahoma State University.
