Julianna Bongiovanni focuses her practice on challenging property tax assessments to help owners, tenants, managers, lenders, and developers across the United States in their efforts to eliminate or reduce their tax liability. She routinely appears before the county boards of taxation and the Tax Court of New Jersey on behalf of taxpayers.
Prior to joining the firm, Julianna served as a judicial law clerk to The Honorable Michael J. Duffy of the Tax Court of New Jersey. During her clerkship, she developed a deep understanding of state and local taxation and draws on this experience to assist clients with appealing their commercial or residential property tax assessments and to advise on various other state tax matters.
