Kevin Ricard focuses his practice on complex environmental litigation and regulatory enforcement actions, including involving natural resource damages, soil and groundwater contamination, cost recovery claims, and Superfund site litigation. His experience includes matters associated with PFAS contaminants.
During law school, he served as a legal extern for the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection where he conducted research on the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, Pennsylvania Act 2 Brownfield Cleanup Program, the Dam Safety and Encroachments Act, and enforcement actions. He also interned for an energy law firm where he conducted research on Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (PUC) investigatory practices and helped draft responsive pleadings in matters before the PA PUC.
