Kristen Mowery is an intellectual property attorney focusing her practice on trademark and copyright related matters. She advises clients on domestic and international portfolios with regard to mark selection, filing strategies, office actions, as well as monitoring and enforcing trademarks.
Prior to joining McCarter, Kristen handled trademark matters for clients of all sizes, with a focus on managing the enforcement of foreign and domestic trademark portfolios, and prepared litigation materials related to Trademark Trial and Appeal Board procedures.
Kristen received her JD from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law during which time she was the Executive Managing Editor of the Drexel Law Review.
