Maranda Phillips represents corporations and individuals in a wide range of complex civil and commercial litigation matters.
Prior to joining McCarter, Maranda served as a judicial law clerk to the Hon. Kate Ford Elliott of the Pennsylvania Superior Court. She previously clerked for the Hon. Kelly D. Eckel in the Civil Division and the Hon. Stephanie H. Klein in the Criminal Division of the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas. Maranda also served as a judicial intern to the Hon. Gerald J. Pappert of the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and gained in-house experience with the Villanova University Office of the Vice President and General Counsel.
Maranda earned her JD from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, where she served as Managing Editor of Research and Writing for the Jeffrey S. Moorad Sports Law Journal.
