Previously, Mark was the co-founder and manager of the intellectual property law firm Harrington & Smith, Attorneys at Law, LLC for over 20 years. The IP technology boutique included as many as 12 attorneys.
Mark attended the Virginia Military Institute where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
