Monica Krup advises clients on a wide range of insurance coverage disputes for commercial and individual policyholders.
Monica has handled defense-side civil litigation cases before state and federal trial and appellate courts and administrative agencies. She is also experienced in assisting and leading in the mediation and arbitration of insurance claims, and conducts all aspects of pre-trial and post-judgement discovery.
Monica received her law degree from Rutgers Law School during which time she served as editor in chief of the Rutgers Race & the Law Review. She interned at the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Newark and for the Honorable Patty Shwartz of the U.S. Court of Appeals, Third Circuit.
