Nakul Shah focuses his practice on defending clients, including manufacturers of pharmaceuticals and medical devices, in product liability matters. He has experience with large, mass tort litigations and has been involved in class actions and multidistrict litigations. Nakul also has experience representing clients in a variety of complex commercial disputes.
Nakul received his JD from Rutgers Law School where he was a member of the Rutgers Computer and Technology Law Journal. He previously served two terms as the Secretary of the South Asian Bar Association of New Jersey and is a member of the Asian and Pacific American Lawyers Association.
