Patrick (Chris) Toomey represents corporate, university, and non-profit clients in commercial real estate development, including handling land use matters before governmental authorities. He handles the development, acquisition, permitting, financing, construction, management, leasing, and disposition of commercial properties throughout the United States.
In addition to his commercial real estate experience, he helps clients with general corporate, financing, and alcoholic beverage licensing matters.
Chris educates others on commercial real estate, having served as a visiting lecturer at the Center for Real Estate at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
